I’ve been practicing yoga for over 30 years and sharing my practice since 2006. I hope I can communicate my love and experience of yoga with honesty and humour in a way that supports and sustains the health of your body and mind and has a positive effect on your life both on and off the mat.
Classes for every body
I believe that everyone can practice and benefit from yoga: you don’t need expensive gear or a squeaky clean life, just start from where you are. I teach vinyasa flow and hatha classes, yin and restorative classes, yoga for back care and chair Yoga. I also teach yoga in primary and secondary schools and yoga for special needs.
Yoga. What is it good for?

Improves flexibility, balance and strength

Eases stress and anxiety levels and helps you sleep

Improves posture and can aid back pain

Encourages self care and self acceptance
Testimonials
I have attended Aideen’s Yoga for over 10 years now and try not to miss a class as I like Aideen’s attentive yet easy going style of yoga and it’s always easier when someone else calls out the positions! You’re guaranteed a great night’s sleep after every class! I especially benefited from Aideen’s Zoom yoga when working from home during the pandemic. Great for the lower back and to help switch off from the world outside
I’ve been to lots of different yoga classes and teachers, but there is something special about Aideen’s classes. She is incredibly intuitive to different people’s needs and her experience shines through in every class, such that every class is different with little touches that make it such a unique experience.
