Yoga for Schools
I’m a certified Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher and I’ve been bringing Yoga to Primary and Secondary schools in Mayo since 2008.
Yoga is a fun way for children to develop a variety of important skills in a nurturing and non-competitive environment. It can be a great remedy for the tension associated with daily stressors as well as being a way to develop healthy physical, emotional and cognitive development.
